Spirit Realty Capital, a public REIT (NYSE: SRC) based out of Scottsdale, Arizona acquired six free standing Sportsman Warehouses over a four state area for over $45 million, in a sale-leaseback transaction with Sportsman’s Warehouse, according to confirmed sources at NAI West and Mountain West Retail/Investment.
